License Agreement for OfficeOCX Products (include Office Viewer ActiveX Control, Word Viewer OCX, PowerPoint Viewer OCX, Excel Viewer OCX)

The OfficeOCX Products is distributed as try before you buy. This means:

1. All copyrights to OfficeOCX Products are exclusively owned by the author  - OfficeOCX.COM 

2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use OfficeOCX Products, you must register. 

3. The OfficeOCX Products unregistered trial version may be freely distributed,  with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way.

• No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of the copyright owner.     

• The OfficeOCX Products unregistered trial version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner.

• Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.

4. To register you must complete the registration form and send it, with registration fee, to one of the authorized registration sites. 

5. Provided that you have purchased a License, you may load the Software and use it on any computer which is owned by you; Provided that you didn’t make any wrapper control around OfficeOCX Products (which means other developers cannot call OfficeOCX Products' function via your wrapper and license code), you may redistribute it with your desktop or web application royalty-freely. 

      License types:

• Single developer: you are allowed to use the component on one development machine and deploy it on one individual server.

• Company developer/server license without source codes: you are allowed to use the component in your enterprise and deploy it on unlimited servers. You company may redistribute it with your desktop or web application royalty-freely.   

• Enterprise source codes license: Full source code included. And you are allowed to use the component in your enterprise and deploy it on unlimited servers royalty-freely.

6. THE OfficeOCX Products IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS AND ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. 

7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,  decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by OfficeOCX.COM 

8. Installing and using OfficeOCX Products signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. 

9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove OfficeOCX files from your storage devices and cease to use the product. 

By using this software, you are agreeing to the terms of this license.
